WRAP Certification

Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP) has been promoted by major apparel importer in USA. The objective of WRAP certification program is to promote and certify lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing throughout the world.

WRAP Program seeks to accomplish these objectives by certifying that participating manufacturing facilities are engaged in production that complies with the WRAP (Principles) – universally recognized core standards that address labor practices, factory conditions, environmental practices and customs compliance. The Program is a factory-based certification program. Facilities that participate in the Program voluntarily agree that an Independent Monitor will conduct an on-site compliance evaluation of the Facility for compliance with the Principles.

URS conduct certification monitoring in association with Accordia Global Compliance Group, USA on behalf of the Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP). The objective of the Program is to independently monitor and certify compliance with the socially responsible global production standards, called the WRAP Production Principles, and ensure that manufacturing is being conducted under lawful, humane and ethical conditions.
